Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, including proper LOTO procedures and PPE usage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment preferred.
- Licensure: Valid Forklift Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required; training available for candidates with strong aptitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various terrains.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
