Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated storage areas to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials and lifting procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick tickets and labels accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
