Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Load and unload trucks accurately using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily production goals and strict shipping deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor dock duties are required).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
