Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials in and out of the warehouse efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license (Class B or higher) preferred for driving stock carts.
