Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety gear.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local delivery tasks.
