Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and inventory to and from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Prepare shipping labels and packaging materials for outbound orders.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for internal roles but preferred).
