Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using various material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records to minimize errors.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure quality standards are met before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Assist with order fulfillment processes, ensuring orders are picked and processed according to schedule.
- Operate scanners and handheld devices to track inventory movement in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
