Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems according to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product quality and correct labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability in a work environment.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
