Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high service levels.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
