Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise using handheld scanners and RF devices with 99% accuracy.
- Label, wrap, and stage orders for shipping according to company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S methodology).
- Operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Inspect incoming stock for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick tickets and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
