Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using scanners and packing materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
