Responsibilities
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the facility.
- Execute efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners and WMS software.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner during peak shipping seasons.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
