Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
