Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Verify product counts and quality assurance before packaging.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping guidelines and carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and KPIs.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
