Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification preferred).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available for immediate start.
