Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately prepare and package orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining product integrity.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of debris to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and inventory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
