Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to meet customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with periodic inventory counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a reliable means of transportation.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English reading and speaking skills to follow safety instructions.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
