As a key member of our fulfillment center team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before shipping to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Load and unload trailers in a safe and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
