Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory around the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Receiving & Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against packing lists, and log data into the inventory management system.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Load Preparation: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not strictly required; we value work ethic and reliability.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the facility.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a basic background check and drug screen.
