Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks.
- Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare items for shipment by staging, packing, and labeling.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hire).
- Inspect materials for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
