Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and compliant work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
