Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks safely.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying cargo against shipping manifests.
- Assist in maintaining proper labeling and documentation for all inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
