Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for delivery using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
