Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse aisles and staging areas.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock levels.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting items.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable to dock operations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we are looking for eager learners.
