Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and updates.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
