Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
