Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by stocking shelves and labeling storage areas.
- Operate scanning devices and computer systems to track inventory and order status.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
