Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training provided).
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and weight distribution techniques.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts (Day, Night, or Weekend).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
