Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload freight from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following all safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently; on-the-job forklift certification provided.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
