Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Assist with receiving shipments, checking stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality is essential.
- Basic Math: Ability to count, add, and subtract to verify inventory and process orders.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as business needs require.
