Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various temperature conditions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for local driving tasks.
