Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS) quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
