Responsibilities
- Receiving and Inspection: Accurately receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and update inventory logs.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Customer Service: Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are shipped within the required timeframes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety compliance.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
