Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Process orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF equipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to move stock and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipment.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Communication: Basic reading and verbal communication skills; ability to follow written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
