Job Summary
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. Your focus will be on accuracy, efficiency, and safety while managing inventory and preparing orders for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize merchandise onto pallets, skids, or racks using hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
- Inspect shipments for damages and discrepancies, reporting any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control processes, including scanning and verifying stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
