- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe operation at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized for maximum efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
