Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select items from the warehouse inventory and prepare them for shipment using barcode scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) as required by the shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
