Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock inspections to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and workflow needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina required for standing and walking for long periods.
