Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow efficiency to meet production targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with logistics partners and carriers.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track data and report discrepancies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment inspections.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Certified forklift operator (valid license required).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
