Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified) to move stock throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy during the loading and unloading process.
- Organize stock in designated storage areas to maximize space and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment and inventory systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
