Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems after receiving certification.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new processes.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading safety labels and following instructions.
