The Role:
Our Warehouse Associates are the backbone of our operations. You will ensure that products are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, sort, pack, and label merchandise for shipment with precision.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and stock adjustments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo security and speed.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
