Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided if needed), and RF scanners.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
