As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure the efficient flow of goods through our facility while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy rates.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
