Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a fast-paced environment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders to meet strict shipping deadlines and quality standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic pre-shift safety inspections on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and digital logs for shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and bend/twist as needed.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours (40+ hours/week) and willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy, ability to read and follow written instructions, and strong attention to detail.
