Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Prepare and package orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and damage prevention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
