Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company operational protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
