Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure and accident-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspection and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods while performing tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
