Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Label, tag, and scan packages for tracking purposes.
- Assist in inventory control by conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class A/B not required but a plus).
