Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 99.9% on-time delivery targets are met.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely and proficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, strictly following all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution preferred.
- Licensure: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B) is a major plus; training provided if unlicensed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office or WMS software is an asset).
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by business volume.
